TILLIV vacuum packs feature a best-in-class airtight zipper, which can feel noticeably resistant when opening or closing—especially the first time. This is completely normal and reflects an airtight, secure seal. To open or close the pack, hold the integrated D-ring (black corners), lift the zipper tail gently, and pull steadily.
This resistance will ease after the first few uses. All TILLIV vacuum packs are pressure-tested for 12 hours before dispatch, so you can be confident in their airtight seal and performance.
TILLIV products can be returned only if the product box is unopened and the factory seal is intact. We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, resealed, or tampered with using tape, glue, or other materials. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
